I think that even though they did display seminary girls like that, it's the truth and everyone knows it. If you don't want your daughter parading around town like that, then don't get her a cell-phone until she is old enough and mature enough to handle it. The worst thing to do is to comment on other people's judgements, if they think their daughter can handle a phone, let them get one. It's their 'risk.'
