Dear Rabbi Schonblum,
During the course of my life I have had brief interactions with people and organizations that have had a significant influence on me. Oorah (and you) is a perfect example. Last Spring we spoke about the importance of children’s Jewish education. Shortly after, I reexamined the course I had planned for my family’s future, and subsequently moved to a town where my children can continue to attend Jewish Day School.
I thank you for instilling this value upon me, and providing holiday gifts that greatly enhance my family’s joy and observance of the holidays.
Not only did this move provide a fine Jewish education for my children, following this Jewish value resulted in a perfect house, community and much prosperity. My faith in the Almighty has bolstered too.
